NuWrrrld Financial does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.Our Service provides informational tools, market briefings, signals, trade analysis (Hold/Fold verdicts), and AI-generated commentary (the "AI Council"). These are educational tools and information products only.
No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult with a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before taking any action based on information from our Service. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. AI-generated content disclaimer
The AI Council, signals, and other AI-generated output are generated by machine learning models and may be:

- Based on incomplete or biased training data

By initiating a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
